I’ve always been a bit fascinated by Creation Records. When I was growing up, they were kind of the closest I got to following a label. It stemmed of course from Oasis, but got me into Primal Scream, Jesus & Mary Chain and Super Furry Animals. I’ve read many books on the subject, this film tells the story again….

The albums a bit of a slog, but this is a real highlight. Even though it’s not on the record. Yes, I love everything Jay-Z puts out, there I said it.
Dan The Automator – ‘The A-Team (Hannibal Mix)
Y’know when you see something and it makes you a wee bit giddy. That just happened. Props Tim Chester.
Professor Green Feat. Lily Allen – Just Be Good To Green (Jad Desenchanntee Green Mix)
Turzi feat. Bobby Gillespie – ‘Baltimore (Civil Civic remix)
Reminds me of XTRMNTR-era Scream. Excellent.
The Knocks – Blackout
Magnetic Man – I Need Air (Aems’ Lets Get Ravey Remix)
It’s actually not as shit, on about my 3rd listen.
Little Jinder – Youth Blood (Tony Senghore Vocal Remix)
Took me about 2 seconds to like it.
Memoryhouse – ‘Lately (Deuxième)’
Saw them a few weeks ago and they were mesmerizing. I rarely use that word, I’m going to try and use it a bit more.
MRC Riddims – My Time To Shine feat. Oddateee
Nice lazy old school beat, reminds me of early Wu-Tang, and bits of Deltron 3030. Good stuff.
Spark – Shut Out The Moon (Maximillian Remix)
Little bit dub-stepy, little bit Electro, a lottle bit goodness.
Stagecoach – Hieroglyphics (Death Metal Disco Scene Remix)
Thought it would be shit, it wasn’t!!
Other peoples stupid opinions….
